Mission | The mission of Career Development Institute, Inc. (CDI) is to encourage and support its students in attaining their professional goals within the nursing industry– first by identifying their potential and then building on their successes. To achieve its mission, CDI abides by the following objectives: To prepare graduates to successfully enter nursing practices by offering well-planned and pedagogically sound learning exercises in courses and in research projects that develop skills in analysis, critical thinking, problem solving, and ethical decision making.
